On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer. HR Interview questions and answers

Tapobrata said:

Sir its a tough job to rate you as an interviewer, on the top of that I don't have enough experience to rate you the reason I said its a tough job because I will have to compare you with 10 other interviewers, but as this is a part of my interview, I would give you 8. 5/10 for making me feel comfortable and never I was treated as a fresher in front of a bombardment, the reason I won't give you the remaining 1. 5 marks, as you can definitely always stride forward towards improvements, hence.

Rahul said:

Sir, since its my first interview thanks for making me feel comfortable. I was really hesitant to face interviews but you proved me wrong. I would love to give you 8/10.

I m sure if interviewers will b like u, interviewee would be more comfortable and would be able to focus on questions rather than focusing on being hesitant.

Abc said:

Sir, I am not a right person to rate you, since you asked this to me I will give you 10/10 because the position at which you are standing obviously you are here with lots and lots of experience and knowledge. And I have rated you with best marks because I think giving best thing makes anybody feels good and also get encouraged to kept it the best always.

Rajesh said:

8/10. I have to say you are a brilliant interviewer, sir. But I want to leave some room for improvement. There should always be room for improvement in anything you do. If you think that you are prefect in anything, then you lose the motivation to try harder to improve yourself.

Shoieb said:

Sir, Actually I don't think I'm in that position to rate you. But if you still want me to rate you I'm very happy about that. If I'm diplomatic I will rate you 10/10 because I want to satisfy you but I don't do like that sir I will give you 8/10 because I take one mark because I don't know about I this short period of time and another mark because there is always scope for improving your knowledge because nobody is perfect in this world who will get 10/10.

Hima said:

As I am a fresher I am not the right person to rate you sir. But, this is an interview and I should answer your question.

I will rate you 10/10 sir, I am not diplomatic, but I know that your job is to take the quality persons into the organization. So it doesn't matter whether your friendly or rude to the interviewee. I think your doing your job perfectly sir.

Where do you see yourself five years from now? hr interview questions and answers

Soumya said:

Sir after 5 years, I see myself taking decision which will be in favour of the company.

I look for the designation like project leader where I will be utilizing my team spirit quality and the training session time experience to guide the team of people on a project. And I am sure that through my technical knowledge and eagerness to learn more and more I will reach there.

Parmanand Kumar Shah said:

Sir, exactly I don't know at what position I will be after 5 years, but a fresher in this company, the kind of training which I will be getting from this organization will surely help me a lot to gain an respectful n important position in this organization n in any case the company won't think of rejecting my opinion for taking any important decisions.

Sujitha said:

Of course its difficult to predict the future. Even though after 5 years. I would like to gain more knowledge and see myself in a respectable position in a reputed company like yours and giving my best for the further development of the organization. I would be happy to reach greater heights being an eye-catcher in an organization with highly countable employees.

Purvi said:

It's never easy to predict the future but given an option five years down the lane, I would like to have acquired a myriad of knowledge, skills and valuable experience from my professional career, working in an environment where I am well appreciated for my hard work and sincerity by my superiors and well mingled with my fellow co-workers, while I continue to strive to excel myself with every project, every venture I undertake or am associated with.

Qualia said:

I don't like to think too far ahead of time. I'm someone who believes that "Life happens when you're busy making plans". Now that doesnt mean that I'm not serious about my career. It just means that I'm a person who likes to it one take step one at a time. Rome was not built on one day, so I'm just focused on doing my task well and enjoy my role that I'm assigned, something similar to Vishwanathan Anand saying "At this moment, I enjoy playing chess" when asked about this retirement plans.

Mitesh said:

Sir,
As i could imagine myself after five year in a place which is of a great reputation and as a better leader with the responsibility to give valuable contribution towards the company's success using my enhanced experience.

I got inspired by my father. Because he will handle any difficult situations in a smooth manner, whatever it may be such that any issues from relations, business or even it may be from my mom. I have learned about what is attitude from my dad only.

Tanvy said:

You might heard a quote "Behind every man, there's a woman".Same is applicable to me.To be more clear, i would say Behind every woman, there is a woman and that women is mother.Yes my inspiration is my mother who had sleepless nights during my exams and she being a govt employee, really worked hard for my education & success.

Murali said:

Sir, first of all my mother and father have inspired me most sir because in my real life along with them I saw many difficulties raised and I saw how my parents solved them and how they reacted positively sir and some great personalities also inspired me sir like APJ Abdul Kalam and swami Vivekananda. I like them most and I had studied their life histories sir.

Would you lie for the company?

/
Would you lie for the company? hr interview questions and answers

Murali said:

Sir frankly speaking I never want to lie for a company sir because it will damage the company's reputation and I think the company will not expect me to lie because the company always want me to be honest sir and just I want to be honest to the customers because our company and ourselves are relying on the customers sir.

Nisha said:

Sir, in my childhood days, my mother used to tell me that if you lie once, you have to tell 100 more lies in support of that lie. So, I would never lie for my company. May be my lie would give a false reputation to my company, but a day will come when the truth will be disclosed and that will endanger my company's reputation. The trust of the customer once lost, would never come back. But I assure you to find out the alternate solution of that problem. Lie is not the only solution.

Saggi said:

Definitely not, sir. I think may be today a lie makes our company to do much benefit but there will be a day when truth will come in front of all of us. So in that situation our company will be in great loss and trust of customers once broken is not easy to get back. So i'll never lie for the company and yes of course think in different manner to sort out the problem.

R.Sireesha said:

Yes sir, definitely. When we were at childhood mom would lie for us to eat by saying that moon but the moon can't come. But the child may felt happy. But when mom would lie with dad it is mistake. So I think lie will depend on the situations. If company will be in problem If I would lie then It will be helpful. Then we might lie in many situations which will help others in our life. No person is there without saying lie in the entire life. It is my opinion.

Shweta Agrawal said:

"Big or Small" Lie is LIE.

I don't think that I have to take any decision which is based on lie. Because it will affect the goodwill of the company. It takes too much time to create goodwill and few second to loose it. If I tell lie for the betterment of the company it may be beneficial for some times only because we have to speak so many lies to hide one truth. So we should eliminate lie. It will be helpful for the company reputation.

Uday said:

Sorry sir, I won't lie for my company because a lie won't be single, it may lead to many in order to cover the first one and ultimately it may lead to hamper the company's reputation.
