Sir its a tough job to rate you as an interviewer, on the top of that I don't have enough experience to rate you the reason I said its a tough job because I will have to compare you with 10 other interviewers, but as this is a part of my interview, I would give you 8. 5/10 for making me feel comfortable and never I was treated as a fresher in front of a bombardment, the reason I won't give you the remaining 1. 5 marks, as you can definitely always stride forward towards improvements, hence.

8/10. I have to say you are a brilliant interviewer, sir. But I want to leave some room for improvement. There should always be room for improvement in anything you do. If you think that you are prefect in anything, then you lose the motivation to try harder to improve yourself.

If I'm diplomatic I will rate you 10/10 because I want to satisfy you but I don't do like that sir I will give you 8/10 because I take one mark because I don't know about I this short period of time and another mark because there is always scope for improving your knowledge because nobody is perfect in this world who will get 10/10.

I don't like to think too far ahead of time. I'm someone who believes that "Life happens when you're busy making plans". Now that doesnt mean that I'm not serious about my career. My toughest decision was Whether to go for software company or wait for core company to come,Then i remembered a phrase given by Dhirubhai ambani "OPPORTUNITIES are always there,it depends upon persons,some let it pass and some grabs it." and I realised that i have an opportunity plus i have a good software skills and intrest also then why not to try for the interview. and guess what i cracked it.

Sir frankly speaking I never want to lie for a company sir because it will damage the company's reputation and I think the company will not expect me to lie because the company always want me to be honest sir and just I want to be honest to the customers because our company and ourselves are relying on the customers sir.

Sir, in my childhood days, my mother used to tell me that if you lie once, you have to tell 100 more lies in support of that lie. So, I would never lie for my company. May be my lie would give a false reputation to my company, but a day will come when the truth will be disclosed and that will endanger my company's reputation. The trust of the customer once lost, would never come back. But I assure you to find out the alternate solution of that problem. Lie is not the only solution.

I don't think that I have to take any decision which is based on lie. Because it will affect the goodwill of the company. It takes too much time to create goodwill and few second to loose it. If I tell lie for the betterment of the company it may be beneficial for some times only because we have to speak so many lies to hide one truth. So we should eliminate lie. It will be helpful for the company reputation.

There need to be proper balance and a symbiotic relationship b/w the org. And the employees.

If any org. Wants the best out of their employees, it should satisfy their hunger to excel through proper incentive and opportunity.

The two things should run in parallel and should reciprocate each other for a fruitful relationship. Neither of them should consider themselves a liability.

(This will give the interviewer and idea about how long you are going to work. You don't need to mention it exclusively. ).

Every human has some or the other reasons which make him/her angry but its the art how you show your anger in a manner that without any argument the person admits his/her mistake. I generally get angry when anyone intentionally tries to pull me back and creates obstacles in my work but I simply believe in one thing that I have to move alone facing everything and accomplish my goals that makes me control my anger.

When someone tells lies to me then definitely I will get angry on them. In my view angry is not at all good in sometimes that means we don't anything about other person but easily by looking at them we will get angry. That is not at all fair. Usually I will get angry on myself because if I am helpful to others then they will not irritate me.

When people criticize me unfairly without even looking at the efforts I take. People want results all the time and inability to deliver is something that looked as a sin. Everything seemed to be looked in terms of external results. That's when I tend to think "After all I tried my level best, why is he being so harsh?". This is something that can affect my confidence which is very important to me not just for a job but as an individual as a whole.

Even if I'm not encouraged, I don't like to be discouraged. That can help me more than enough to get World Class results.
