Privatization will lead to Less Corruption

I don't agree that privatization leads to less corruption because private sector only works on price mechanism and is not concerned about public welfare. And due to this they even adopt some malpractices like black marketing, selling low lower quality products on a higher price etc so the only thing that can control corruption is our own effort and resolution to stop and protest against it.

First of all I want to say that corruption is due to person's bad mind i.e. to earn money with less effort or freely. Ya there is no doubt government sector is completely corrupted and private sector is less. This is due to the fact that hard rule of private sector and proper watching of workers workS and activity. So after making rule more strict rule and complete watching of worker works and activity we are able to decrease corruption.

Main difference that a private sector will bring to table will be:a transparent system,an efficient scrutinizing mechanism,strict management,less bureaucratic intervention and a constant threat to lose you job if your performance is not upto the expectations.This will reduce corruption.

Lack of transparency,dilution of accountability and job security in public sector sometimes might result in its employee tampering with the system:result corruption.

Advertising is a Waste of Resources

According to me advertising is not wastage of money. The main reason behind doing the advertisement is to aware the society about the current market and scenario. What has been change at a particular period of time can be known only through advertisement. For example if any of the disease is being spread in particular locality will be known by the people only through advertisement. Ambhitabh Bacchan has make the aware about the importance about the polio for 0-3 years baby only through advertisement. So it is not a wastage of money.

Last not least want to add one more points that advertisement can't hide the quality, yes for a time being but not permanently so the product should always be of good quality.

Not at all, advertising is promotional tools for each and every companies so because of that they can promote their product into the market and gets benefits out of them. There are some prohibited advertising there and that is not good for consumers. Finally advertising is not waste at all. If any any company wants to promote their product they can easily and consumer will come to know that what are different product available in market and they buys it. In advertisement includes TV, newspaper etc and now a days people utilizes their more time on TV and newspaper so they gets benefits from them and ultimate it goes to companies who invest on advertisement for their products. So at the end advertising is not waste.

Hi friends according to me advertisement is not waste of resource because in this competitive world if you are not going to present your product in fabulous way people can't leave the product that they are using already, but it is also a good point that if your product not much effective as you show in advertisement it will completely far from the user after one use then here advertisement is waste of resource. Terrorism in India

Terrorism is due to Anger. A person who need something more and not satisfied with his own ability then he became to search something and when he didn't achieve such thing he will become more anger. Reservations in the Private Sector

Actually reservation in private sector is not necessary, because all (lower and upper class or any category people) has the same brain if they are creative & talented enough then they could be able to join a private company. Govt giving them (to lower class people) scholarship until their education is completed is fair enough now after completing education if they want to join a private firm then its their responsibility or it is on their favor to get it, no reservation is necessary I think so.

I am completely against giving reservation on the name of caste in present time. Its good to provide financial help to poor person whatever category to which it belongs. Reservation is not at all required in the present India. It was meant to raise the status of the SC'S and ST'S etc. but now this facility is misused.

If the basic school education is given to the children of every poor family free of cost not on the basis of caste but on the basis of financial conditions, then there will be no need of reservtaion at higher levels.

If they are primarily educated then they will be at the same status as of the general category and they will be able to compete at the higher levels also.

Educational qualification for Politicians

Ya, better if there is a entrance exam for politic people. At-least they have to know some basic educations. Now a days, there are many interview for small children to join a good school, then why can't the political people have interviews and exam to participate in election and to make INDIA great. Because the they are the builder of country, they have to know how to control around 200 crore people. But if they don't know how to control themselves then how can they control whole INDIA.

If they know education, they can take a perfect and stable decisions in any critical problem. So according to me education is mandatory for the political people.

Sir its a tough job to rate you as an interviewer, on the top of that I don't have enough experience to rate you the reason I said its a tough job because I will have to compare you with 10 other interviewers, but as this is a part of my interview, I would give you 8. 5/10 for making me feel comfortable and never I was treated as a fresher in front of a bombardment, the reason I won't give you the remaining 1. 5 marks, as you can definitely always stride forward towards improvements, hence.
